The Men have made their first video, and it’s for the track “I Saw Her Face“, off their current Sacred Bones release New Moon. “I Saw Her Face” is a Crazy Horse, barn burner full of melt your face guitars and raggedy vocal sing-alongs, and for the video The Men sought some vintage inspiration from Earth, Wind & Fire’s “Let’s Groove Tonight”. The band’s Rich Samis explains, “This was shot in December 2012 at our friend Alexander Perrelli’s apartment. All video effects were generated through the use of commercial grade video mixers and enhancers. The raw video footage was shot entirely on vhs cameras. Our friend Brian Chillemi was nice enough to help us out in the painstaking process of editing this video. Brian and our buddy ZZ Ramirez helped out with the camera work. Nick’s guitar is actually on fire on some shots. We like it.” Us too! The Men play dates across the country this April. Check them out below.
