Veronica Falls have a new video for “Waiting For Something To Happen“, the title track to their excellent Slumberland Records LP. Like the video for “Teenage”, the new one continues in a Mod vein, this time, though, exchanging the day-glo, 16mm imagery for a grainy, black & white feel. And, what ya’ know, Veronica Falls’ beatnik fantasy even comes complete with Bryon Gysin and William Bourrough‘s Dream Machine, as the video mirrors the experience with all kinds of flashing and flickering imagery to induce it’s own state of hypnagogic revelry!
