Get ready for a new record from Crystal Stilts! The band returns on September 17th with the new LP Nature Noir, coming out on Sacred Bones. Today we can preview the track “Star Crawl“, which continues to find the band creating a harmonious marriage between The Gun Club and The Jesus and Mary Chain. JB Townsend‘s guitar explores his own brand of blues-flavored American psych rock, while singer Brad Hargett‘s reverb heavy vocals have a dreamy and cool distance. For the new record the duo is joined by Andy Adler on bass, Keegan Cooke on drums, and Kyle Forester on keys. Beginning in August, Crystal Stilts will have tour dates around the US, including several with Deerhunter. Check them out below!
