Lorelle Meets The Obsolete‘s killer new track “What’s Holding You” get’s an optically altering video treatment from the mysterious folks over at Hologram Skies. Not sure if we have found footage here, or what, but simple black and white images of a planet like globe and some various light streaks are manipulated and skewed in all kinds of facinating ways, and the result is a video that feels like an early avant-garde film experiment! Look for What’s Holding You to come out as a limited-edition blue vinyl 7”, and as a digital download, with the track “Medicine To Cure Medicine Sickness“, formerly on Sonic Cathedral’s long since sold-out Psych For Sore Eyes EP, on the B-side. The duo’s upcoming album Chambers will be out via the Chicago label Captcha Records sometime in 2014!
