New Video: Föllakzoid “Pulsar”

We have a fantastic new video from the Chilean psych quartet Föllakzoid, for their epic track “Pulsar“, off the band’s January 2013 release ll, out now on Sacred Bones. Directed by Domingo García-Huidobro and Rodrigo Marín, the pair use a series of long takes of a horse drawn carriage and driver, riding along a fog shrouded beach line, to depict a timeless sense of mystery. The wild Chilean coastline, solemn rider in his cape and wide browed hat, dutiful horse and old carriage, become dramatic players in this gorgeous film where even their subtlest movements and interactions seem to echo perfectly with “Pulsar”‘s motorik and driving sonics.
