The Portland trio Blouse have a new video today for their track “A Feeling Like This“, and it is the first off their September 2013 release Imperium, out now on Captured Tracks. Directed by Angus Borsos, who has also done work for Mac DeMarco, Julia Holter, and Nite Jewel, among others, and shot by the talented, in-demand Director of Photography Bobby Shore, this cinematic video features striking tableaux’s of surreal imagery that often seem to hang somewhere between action and repose, providing a perfect visual backdrop for the track’s somnolent dream pop. The band is currently kicking off their European tour in the UK today, with live dates thru the middle of December, so check them out below!
