Belgium’s Little Trouble Kids will return on March 17th with their third LP, Haunted Hearts. While the band’s self-titled debut was recorded and mixed all in one day back in 2010 by Tim Vanhamel (dEUS, Eagles of Death Metal, Millionaire, Eat Lions), and their second, Adventureland, was recorded by Micha Volders in 2012 (El Guapo Stuntteam, Vermin Twins), this newest effort was self-produced and self-recorded to 16-track in the band’s living room late last year. For Haunted Hearts, the duo of Eline Adam and Thomas Werbrouck have decided to forego their trusty stompbox, adding percussionist Jonas Calu to the fold, and the result is a tense, minimalist noise-pop full of punk energy! The video for the title track was directed by Sam Sulmont, and right from the opening shot, with it’s spooky and dilapidated old house, we know we are on ghostly grounds!
