Avey Tare’s Slasher Flicks have a new video for their track “Strange Colores“, off the band’s upcoming LP Enter The Slasher House, due out April 7/8th via Domino. Directed and edited by the photojournalist and videographer Olivia Wyatt (Staring Into the Sun), the visuals echo the track’s funky opalescence with a flashing and shimmering array of fast-paced cuts. Focusing her camera on the band’s light show as they perform “Strange Colores“, we watch a luminescent collection of strobing lights and rainbow-delic skulls, while catching nanosecond glimpses of Avey Tare and the gang in the hypnotic mix. Avey Tare’s Slasher Flicks will play a bunch of live dates this spring and summer, in support of the upcoming LP, and things kick off on April 14th in Denver, CO at the Larimer Lounge.
