Watch: The Body “At The Mercy Of It All”

Music from The Body‘s I Shall Die Here LP, which was done in collaboration with The Haxan Cloak’s Bobby Krlic, is featured in Jason Evans‘ short film At the Mercy of it All. Starring Todd Schrock as a hermit-like protagonist struggling with the memory of loss, the film focuses on his solitary rituals of remembering, as well as the means by which he purges himself of their haunting residue. Shot by Alexandra Stergiou using the cabin’s natural light, At the Mercy of it All casts a shadowy, dream-like mood that is further heightened by The Body’s terrifying and cinematic doomscapes! The I Shall Die Here LP came out April 1st via RVNG Intl., but if you want it on vinyl, it’s already sold out:(
