Thee Oh Sees are readying their Drop LP for release on April 19th via Castle Face Records, and this week the band posted a new video for the album’s title track. Directed by Arthur Carvalho, the animated video features an eye melting array of black and white line drawings that spiral and spin in and out of mandalas and webs of patterned imagery. Meanwhile, on the sonic side, the band cuts it loose on “Drop“, delivering a revved up and scorched cut of psychedelic pop, complete with an incendiary and blaring solo by something that blurs the line between a guitar and a horn! Thee Oh Sees will only be playing several live shows this spring, all in California, so check the dates below.
