You can always count on the CGIMix series to bring you a killer collection of tracks by some up-and-coming producer, with notable past efforts curated by musicians such as Detroit’s Shady P (F.A.M.E. Collective and How To Kill Records), DJ Stefan �REKchampa� Ringer, or even label head Matt Weiner‘s TWINS project, for the recent 7.0 offering, “Future Sound Of CGI“. Vol. 8.0 has been mixed by Brooklyn’s CH Rom, and the label reports:

“The Other Side Of” is tagged MutantClubShit, and the nearly 40 minute dance-oriented mix is indeed packed full of hard grooves and gnarly late night beats from CGI stalwarts like C Powers (Cc) and TWINS, UK producers Tessela, Mumdance, or Hyperdub recording artist Ikonika, as well as rising talents like Cirqa and Black Suede.
