Tour News: CFM Live @ The Lo-Fi In Seattle 9/16:
If your looking for a super-rad show to catch this weekend in Seattle, CFM live at Seattle’s Lo-Fi should be tops on your list! Charles Francis Moothart is a longtime bandmate of Ty Segall, and the two have been collaborating in Fuzz since 2012, with Moothart delivering titanic stoner riffs over Segall’s rambunctious drumming.
CFM is the musician’s solo venture, and he released his debut LP Still Life of Citrus and Slime this past Spring on In the Red Records. The group finds him joined by high school friend and guitarist Michael Anderson, bassist Tyler Frome, and Audacity drummer Thomas Alvarez, and on a cut like “Lunar Heroine“, they deliver scuzz crusted psych sure to set your sonic receptors on overload. Doors are at 9pm tomorrow night and CFM is joined by local Seattle product Little Child Man, whose 2015 LP Delicious Octopus Gum! is ooey gooey pop magic!
