Listen to Moon Duo’s Track “Creepin”:

It’s good to have Moon Duo back and “Creepin’” around! Ripley Johnson and Sanae Yamada will release their Occult Architecture Vol. 1 LP on February 3rd via Sacred Bones with a second volume due out later in 2017. As we reported back in November when we listened to the album’s first single “Cold Fear“, the project is arranged conceptually around the duality between dark and light, as embodied in the passage of the seasons from winter to spring.

“Creepin'” is the band’s newest offering from the upcoming LP and it finds the Duo see-sawing across phasing waves of guitar and reeling organ tones. Complete with a cosmic sounding guitar solo, echoing, down-tuned hand claps, and Johnson’s dusky, blissed vocals, this latest cut should see you thru current black times back into the light!
