On the recent Leaving Records release Yililok, Starseed Diva Dompé‘s project Yialmelic Frequencies takes us on another guided tour to her home planet of Yialmel. Having received visions of another dimension since childhood, Diva Dompé developed Guided Meditations as a safe means by which to explore her cosmic relationship with her place of origin. Complete with ambient instrumentals of her own making, and thru these meditations, the musician discovered Yialmel–a place where Matter, Energy and Consciousness radiate in a continuum of Loving Harmony. On Yialeml, the inter-dimensional pop star is a guardian of the Infinite Love Source and creator of Resonant Frequency Sculptures–which correlates with her Human role on Planet Earth as musician and artist.
“Clay” features gently pulsing tones and alien melodies set within a warmly glowing inter-planetary ambiance. The video for the track is directed by the animator Jules Guerin. Featuring dancing corpuscles of sentient light and backgrounds of undulating color, we watch as these mysterious organisms twist and sway before merging into new and more complex forms of life and unity.
Yililok is Yialmelic Frequencies second release, and it is currently available thru Leaving Records as a double cassette compendium that includes 2017’s 4-track effort Zjumk. Starseed Diva Dompé can also be heard transmitting the sounds of Yialmel on every first Monday at noon via her Dublab internet radio show as she guides you on “exotic journeys” and “beneficial voyages through consciousness.”
