Vicious Blossom hails from Lancaster, PA, and today the band premieres their new track “Luna.” The group consists of Nate Zerbe on guitar/vocals, Bri Gilotte on guitar/vocals, Ben Pawling on bass, and Hollace Kimmet on drums. “Luna” was written primarily by Bri, and the group describes the track as a “passionate love song” in the vein of The Magnetic Fields‘ cut “The Book Of Love” or Spiritualized‘s “Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space.” Gilotte’s voice takes center stage here ardently lilting over a bed of softly strummed guitar. Meanwhile, violinist Drew Peris‘ echoes Bri’s lovely voice with his instrument’s velvety warmth.
