Benjamin Finger has a new video for his track “Worried sick of echoes” off his upcoming Less one knows LP due out April 17th via the Philadelphia-based label Dead Definition. Finger is a musician and artist from Oslo Norway. Operating between genres his expansive and often ambient music is psychedelic in nature.
Less one knows glows with a heady and turned-on vibe as Finger wanders the rural backroads of his sonic imagination. Using guitar, keys, and a magic bag of special effects, in his hands even the simplest melodies open up into strangely refracting forms.
“Worried sick of echoes” is kind of like drinking a cup of mushroom tea and thinking: “Wow, this stuff is really taking effect quickly.” The track’s eerie drone seems the perfect key to unlocking your doors of perception and just when you wonder where you might be floating off to, a spritely grinning melody beckons you further down the path with a maddening gleam.
