Quarantine couldn’t have come a moment sooner for Oozing Wound. Everywhere they went, they were “Surrounded by Fucking Idiots.” The band’s ear-splitting thrash is served up with an extra helping of spleen and bile on this biting High Anxiety (Thrill Jockey) cut. The video for the track, which features all kinds of B-grade horror gore, is directed by Sarah Squirm–who also stars here as a psychopath on a real bummer of a trip. Shot at Chicago’s Situations space, the dudes in Oozing Wound make an appearance from alternate dimensions, only to find themselves facing off against a bong wielding Furry from Hell!
