Molchat Doma return this week with a new video for their track “Zvezdy” off the Belarusian trio’s November LP release Monument (Sacred Bones). Initially released as a single with a lyric video in 2019, the track title translates as “Stars.” Mikita Kostochko directs the newest offering. Set to the band’s moody but wistful soundtrack, the visuals follow a trio of workers charged with painting over the street art in their city. A dispiriting task even on its best day, things take a turn when one of them discovers it’s a lot more enjoyable making art than erasing it.
